Hi, I'm a newbie from Western NY
after 6 months of weigh ins my Surgeon submitted my case now I'm waiting for Insurance approval.
I can't wait to start a life of feeling better ands regaining my health.

Good for you!!! I just moved away from the Fingerlakes region of NY

I know the waiting game is a pain. I constantly thought about my surgery and all of the "What Ifs" like "What if I did all of this hard work for the past 6 months and my insurance turns me down?" But about 2 weeks after my bariatric team turned my info in, I got my surgery date! This will happen before you know it. Good luck to you!

I was approved for gastric bypass because of another health issue surgery date set for March.
