well the best way to deal with the fear is to research a lot..if you are still afraid, you have two choices..to do it or not to do it..
then you have to weigh the options on what that means if you dont do it and if you do..
there are a lot of people here and elsewhere that have done very well..if you trust your doctor, you should do just fine.
