    Welcome!

At this early point in the game, focus on recovery and meeting your goals for fluid and daily protein intake. Dehydration can creep up on a fresh postoperative sleeve patient if you don't sip, sip, sip. Good luck to you!

Congratulations on the surgery and good recovery! My advice, as I'm relatively new, also, would be to make sure that you get in your liquids and protein. It'll seem like a full time job, but it is essential to your healing process, energy and overall well being. Wishing you continued success!

You sound good. I went down the wrong path. I was tired so I slept, then I didn't have time to drink so I feel worse and slept more. Was almost admitted for dehydration.
    Sip, walk nap and repeat!
    Good luck.
