Awe Samantha I'm so sorry to hear you aren't feeling well. You really do need to try to get as much fluid in you as possible. Try some chicken broth it will warm you up and it feels good in the belly. You don't want to get dehydrated but it easily can happen to anyone. If you are still feeling really week tomorrow and still have a headache I would go to the ER. This is a critical time for you after the surgery and you don't want to run into something more serious due to letting it go on too long. Also please do not concentrate on weight loss right now it's honestly the last thing you should worry about. It will happen I promise but you still are carrying around the water weight from the IV they give you so it will go away. In a week from now you will be posting how happy you are that you lost some lbs.. You can private message me any time and I will be happy to chat with you if you need a shoulder to cry on. I know how rough the first couple of weeks can be and support is really important. I hope you feel better really soon so just get in some fluids and rest, watch a good movie or several to take your mind off things.

I am 4 weeks out. Like Zoey said I know its hard to get the fluids in but try as hard as you can. I promise you will feel better day by day. Don't worry about the weight gain they pumped you full of fluids and air. I took shot size glasses and 3 20 oz bottles of water and tried to sip a shot glass full every 10-15 minutes as tolerated. The size of the shot glass was less intimidating than looking at full bottle and thinking how am I going to get this whole thing down. Please let us know how you are doing.

Hello everyone and sorry for the late reply! I am feeling much better today and am starting to be able to get half my liquids down and protein drinks. I honestly never feel hungry but can say i have had alot of head hunger and cravings. I kinda miss real food and cannot wait to be passed this stage! I did weight myself today and im down 10lbs from my pre surgery weight!!!
