I really do not like Cottage Cheese, but if you take Cottage Cheese and add some Cool Whip, and a package of Sugar free jello it takes good.

    4oz low fat Cottage cheese
1 cup sugar free cool whip
1 box of sugar free Jello (I used Strawberry)

I also chopped up strawberries really fine and put them in.

Put in a bowl and mix. IF you do not like the cottage cheese dots, you can use a blender to make it smoother.

This was the worst stage for me.
I had refried beans with taco seasoning & melted cheese.
Baked acorn squash with a dash of cinnamon, a little brown sugar & butter.

Puree stage is so hared to do low carb & low fat especially if you cant do pureed meat.

Mostly all I had was pureed soups.

    Good luck

Im in Pureed stage right now. I'm trying to get creative also. Last night I took chicken breast, light mayo, salt and pepper and boiled egg whites, pureed in my Ninja and tasted awesome. I love hot pureed split pea soup.

I LOVE the baked ricotta dish on the website I'll list below. It was literally the very first thing I made when I came home from my nutritionist with the thumbs up to go to pureed foods. It's like eating lasagna without pasta and it has tons of protein for us only being allowed to eat 1/4 cup! I hope you guys enjoy it too - I add ground beef and/or turkey pepperoni to mine. Yum!
