Question about vitamins please

Hello everyone.
I have a question about vitamins.
I tried chew able centrums and im tired of that already. I bought some Walgreen brand daily vitamin for men. They are large pills but I seem to be able to take them with no problem. Do you think that is adequate, or should I be taking those expensive bariatric vitamins? Also should I be taking more, like iron and or b-12? What are you taking? Any advise accepted.

You'll need a sublingual B12. Our sleeved stomachs can no longer process B12 that is taken in through the digestive tract. Hence, you will need to take it in sublingually from now on.

I take an iron supplement because I'm a female in my 30s who has a monthly menstrual cycle, which causes my serum iron levels to fluctuate. Since you are a male, I am not sure whether you need iron above and beyond what you'll get in your daily multivitamin, so ask your surgeon.

Most sleeved people also need calcium citrate (not calcium carbonate) and vitamin D.

Many here are doing fine with centrum or flintstones chewables. I use Bariatric Advantage Ultra vitamins as I know I need more. The BA vitamins I take are $49 for 90 days supply.

Have you had any blood work done? If you check B12 and iron on your labs, you should know i what you are doing is working.
