    Lightbulb Vitamins

I am having a really hard time with the chewable vitamins. The Celebrate multi make me gag. I have tried all flavors. I am 5 weeks post op. Can I take regular multi? When I take the chewables I am nauseous for hours. The only one I have trouble with is the multi. This sounds silly but I want and know I need to take them.
    Thanks for any help.

You may have already rejected this choice, but I have no problem with Centrum Chewables. I wasn't crazy about them to start with, but I actually like them now. They are what my surgeon recommended.

    Good luck.

I use Bariatric Advantage Ulra without iron. They are capsules that dissolve very easily. I was able to start them 10 days post op.

You could try one of the liquid multivitamins like Wellesse. It doesn't taste bad at all. You can get it on Amazon.

I take the Centrum chewables and have no issues with them.

Many bariatric surgery patients take the Flintstone complete multivitamin. I know they're marketed toward children, but they contain complete nutrition for adults, too.

I second Laelle's suggestion....some liquid vitamins make you gag, but the Wellesse citrus flavor is actually much better...Amazon has the best price.
