I am back up the speed on the treadmill I was at before surgery..finally
Not only that though but today I was able to go over that speed for about. 1/3 of my workout. I EVEN JOGGED! ok ok it was only for 2 minutes that I jogged but damnit I DID IT!
I haven't ran in decades!
