I'd love to hear about some good foods you're enjoying that are healthy and that taste delicious.

I'll start with one that's very simple:

One cup of fresh blueberries slathered with a 5.3 ounce container of Dannon Oikos Greek vanilla yogurt.

Mmmm ... good! So much "gooder" than you'd actually think it would be.

Now, if I can just get hubby to stop eating it so I can have some.

I like the same but with pineapple. Higher in sugar than blueberries though but so refreshing.

Have you tried the DAnnon Oikos Triple Zero yogurt? Has 15 grams of protein, the Banana Creme is delicious!

Here are some tasty protein-filled snacks for those of us who live in dreadfully hot climates where we do not feel like cooking at this moment:

1. Baby-peeled carrots dipped in flavored hummus
2. Turkey, cheddar, bacon and romaine wraps
3. Morningstar chickpea patty with melted mozzarella

Yum! I love my blueberries and yogurt! I'm glad they are in season. Has anyone eaten frozen blueberries? That would be so awesome to hear they aren't the same when thawed.

Fresh Jersey tomatoes with buffalo mozzarella cheese and topped w/basil
roasted chickpeas seasoned w/Cajun seasoning
greek plain non-fat yogurt w/sliced peaches and some Bear Naked Coconut Curry Almond granola
carmelized grape tomatoes drizzled w/balsamic and some feta cheese w/cranberries (low sugar type)
sweet & spicy tuna packet - 16 grams protein and 90 calories topped w/OPA greek yogurt dressing; I like the jalapeno ranch, but like them all!

Have any of you tried dehydrated peanut butter? I mix it into my Premier protein shakes, pudding, make a Thai-themed salad dressing with it. It's amazing, low-fat, high protein, and 45 calories for 2Tbs.

My husband made me "muffin tin" lasagna this week, using won-ton wrappers. 180 calories each, the perfect serving size for the tiny tummy and 15gr protein - delish! I prefer frozen berries over fresh because I like the crunch and they last a long time in the freezer. I like the tri-berry mix (raspberry, blueberry and blackberry) with light Cool Whip. Yum!

Frozen strawberries (5 or so), some water and a scoop of PW-30 cake batter protein powder (30 g protein, 155 calories, 8 carbs) in a blender.

I made Cumin Grilled Mahi Mahi Tacos with Nectarine/Avocado Salsa and Spicy Yogurt for dinner last nite - was really yummy and healthy - my husband had them in Corn Tortillas and I did them in a Paleo coconut wrap! I will definately keep these on the monthly dinner menu as long as I can get the fixings!
