Hello everyone. I came across this site , and caught my eye because soon i will be having surgery. I need to lose 100 lbs. I am on 12 different medications and i pray this surgery fixes everything. i have diabetes, found out i have an over active thyroid. high cholestarol, high blood pressure, and my anti depressant caused me to get diabetes, That's no lie. When i started taking it, the doctor went over the sde affects and of course i had to get it. I have never in my life had so much body aches in my life. Muscle spasems ( sorry about my spelling i suck at it. ). I just want to be healthy. I have tried over and over to find a weight loss buddy, i have even made groups , people will join but, wont say anything in the group. even people in my own town! one lady said if i go to her house and get her out the door she will go walking with me. how is that kind of support supposed to help? it doesn't i would really love a weight loss buddy. usually before u can have the surgery they want to see if u can lose weight first which last weigh in i lost almost 10 lbs.. go me! but, its that active thing. I am always tired and i don't even since i was little. I have to take vitamins for energy, and what not. now my 11 year old son is now over weight. so, we are trying to lose this weight together. HE can't get the surgery but, he has joined football to keep active. I think now days kids are glued to their video games, and t.v , they need to get out. but once they do get out some start smoking weed, and up to no good. This is in the town iive in, pretty sad.
