Does anyone have medicaid insurance and gotten a tummy tuck paid for?
So far as I know, no insurance -- neither private nor publicly funded insurance -- pays for tummy tucks. Those cosmetic surgeries can be pretty intricate and require long recovery periods and sometimes revisions to get everything looking right. Some (but not all) tummy tucks include tightening and/or stitching of the mid-section muscles.
However, if you have medical reasons for requiring a paniculectomy (removal of the "pannus," a large apron of skin that hangs down over the genitals or even thighs that causes fungal or bacterial infections underneath) that surgery MAY be covered by insurance, depending on the severity and documentation of the problems caused by the pannus.

Ann2 took the words out of my mouth. That's how a few people I know, had liposuction and a tummy tuck after their gastric bypass surgery.
One patient shared a secret with me and now I will share with you all. The way she caused her infection or ? infection was taking an eraser and rubbing it in the areas where she had the extra skin, causing almost like a second degree burn, area was always red, swollen, ? infected, she also made sure when people would look at it, she would make sure she had fluid/water in that area, so it looked worst. Of course I am sure that on/off through her venture, it did get infected, but nothing serious and they paid 100% for it. Not sure what the time-frame was, that she did this. I know this one person, lost all the weight and did what she had to do. Other patients told her thats what they did and it worked for them, so she gave it a shot and it did.
Best wishes
