I had my sleeve surgery on July 9th.
I have lost 25lbs and NOTHING since.
I have been at 218lbs for a week now!!!
I am following all the directions to a T.
Ex. Breakfast- scrambled egg white
Snack -designer whey shake 2oz. Water
2oz skim milk
Lunch - 1/4 cup tuna pre made, whole can mixed with
Tsp light mayo and TB FF Italian dressing
Snack- 4 oz protein shake half water half skim
Dinner - 1/4C. puréed chicken soup
Snack - 4 oz shake
Also tons of water. Like all day. Not a half hour before or after eating.
HELP!!!!!
