started my 1200 cal diet today. My brain keeps telling me Im hungry but I know Im not. Im keeping a water bottle beside me to help. My husband wants to go out tonight for dinner so Ive saved 500 calories for dinner this evening. I know what I can and cant have so I should be ok. Did my 15 min of walking this morning after taking the kid to school and boy am I out of shape. I was so out of breath afterwards that I was ashamed of myself. No matter, just makes me wanna keep on keeping on.
