Ann2 and Lee6Lee, you both are my inspiration! Thank you for always sharing your journey with the rest of us.
As some of you know, I'm on the down-low about WLS, so that's why my real picture isn't here on the forum.
However, I've got to figure something out and will try to do it in a way that works for me.
But I warn you in advance that I don't have a good "before" picture because I refused to memorialize electronically that heaviest-ever version of myself.

Oh I can soooo relate!!! I bought my first size small since NEVER before. I am also shrinking out of my size 10's. My 30 yr old daughter gave me her size 8's. Oh life is so good. I have been blessed also with a neck line that shrunk back. My face is defined, cheekbones, sleek chin line. My shoulders are tiny. I have never been small in that area. Its like I have all this extra space around me. Even my nose is smaller. Ann it is so true, my face is less wrinkly. My friends on FB swear I am turning the clock back. I have not shared my sleeve surgery. I am almost 60, and I haven't looked this good since I was 35. Yes, I have skin on my thighs, tummy and especially my butt and arms. I can camouflage the extra skin, there was no way to hide the fat. I have a wedding to attend tomorrow and I am wearing a great dress with sexy strappy sandals. Even my marriage is more fun since I feel sexy again. Hope I get a good picture to share. So looking forward to my family seeing me. Some have not seen me since before the surgery. I feel like its my coming out party!!! Sounds like I am just a little happy!!
Yes, I love my collar bones, too. They're such an attractive feature on a woman and give an extra slenderizing effect overall. So proud of you!
"Lee, by "own it!" your daughter means that you should be proud of your accomplishment and understand that you deserve this. Not because you have to pay it forward or backward to justify your own benefits. She means that this is YOUR accomplishment, and accomplishing that for yourself is enough. You do not have to fix everybody. And you do not owe anyone for the benefits you have earned. They are YOURS!" Ann2

OK, this is not a good picture, but it's all I got at the moment ... my 16-year-old niece and I went out to dinner tonight, and this is a fuzzy picture of me and HER dessert.
