I now weigh 174 lbs with a tremendous amount of loose skin on upper arms, butt and thighs.

Now for the weird question. For those who have had their excess skin removed, how many pounds of skin were removed from these areas? I am getting bony and, not being able to have the surgery, I was wondering what my weight would be without some of the excess skin so I have a better idea how much more weight I should lose.

That's a great question. I have been wondering the exact same thing - what the average weight of the excess skin removed is. I hope you get an answer.

I've lost 100 lbs and have been wondering the same thing. My husband suggested getting a consult to find out if I still have too much fat or if it is just skin. In the abdomen it is hard to tell. On other areas I can easily tell that it is skin. Still not as bad as I thought it would be and definitely better than when it was filled with fat!!
