Default 3 months post op and hit first stall....

    I've hit my first stall
I'm trying not to get too hung about it
I've lost 81lbs since beginning this journey
I am now able to walk up to 8 miles
I feel great, more confident and just starting to come anti depressants

    But

I haven't lost any weight for 2 weeks

I've expected this but now I'm at a plateaux I'm not sure what to do!

Should I track what I eat or ride it out?
I'm continuing to exercise, eat in moderation and drink fluids.
I still have 100lbs to go so do not want my current weight loss to be 'it'

Everyone gets stalls, don't worry too much about it truthfully. As long as you're still eating the right food and drink plenty of water and avoiding the high sugar drinks everything should work out. Just keep exercising, for me that was the biggest reasons I would hit stalls. I would take a break from exercising and when that happened I would stall. Even just walking somewhere instead of driving is enough exercise to overcome a stall.
