Any tasty protein shake recipes?

Hello! I'm trying to get myself prepared for gastric sleeve and would love to have a few good protein shake recipes. I've researched the web and also the fabulous Pinterest, but I'd rather come to the source and get ideas from real people. I appreciate all the help. Thanks so much!

My fav's are:

Premier protein- chocolate
2 teaspoons cocoa powder unsweetened
1/2 banana
2 ice cubes

Or

1 chocolate premier protein shake
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder & about 12 coffee beans ( I like my coffee strong)- blend with 2 ice cubes.

I'm a year out & these are still my breakfast staples.

I drink premier protein shakes. They are pre made and my favorite is strawberry cream. The chocolate is good too.

Thank you very much! Where would I purchase the premier powder at? I'm wanting to try these out prior to surgery.
