*HELP!!* Looking for advice on plastic surgeons in Mexico

I am looking for a plastic surgeon in Mexico, and would like any recommendations you may have. I am looking for a mommy makeover and probably an arm lift. I am looking at all these doctors and all of the reviews are making my head spin so any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated.

I have been in contact with Dr. Cardenas and Dr Fuentes in TJ.
I plan to wait until I am closer to surgery before obtaining an additional consult from Drs Cervantes and Aragon at Hospital Angeles where I had my gastric sleeve.

It took me a long time to decide on a bariatric surgeon in MX as I obsessively researched.
Here we go again with plastics, however this time it is different.
The plastic surgery is so highly individualized and each surgeon has their own artistic touch. One surgeon recommended a mini tummy tuck and lipo while another claimed that the mini tummy tuck would do very little in terms of improvement. I am checking out the many reviews on realself, looking at before and after photos, starting to get quotes, researching credentials and clinic accreditations, etc...
If general anesthesia is required, I will not have surgery in a small clinic in Tijuana. I asked one qualified surgeon what happens when a patient has a complication and needs further care? The response was fortunately we haven't had to deal with one yet.
Yikes !
I assume the procedure will cost more there but have a long way to go
