" gas pains"

Hi

I had a gastric sleeve on 4/29 with lapband removal. I'm feeling better but I still get these intense sharp pains in upper abdomen. They are less frequent but still present. I walk, use gas x strips and have been consuming clear liquids. Any suggestions to ease these awful pains and when do they disappear? Thanks.

I didnt get real bad gas pains but when I did I used a heating pad and that helped.
