I have been stuck for almost a month now at 175-180
it fluctuates back and forth
i have increased my exercise so i increased my protein
i have been following everything by the book and still no movement

Over the last 4 weeks you lost 8.5 pounds:
April 1, 2015 - CW 184
April 15, 2015 - CW 177.6
April 29, 2015 - CW 175.5
That is 8.5 pounds in 4 weeks (a little over 2 pounds a week; not too shabby).
You are doing something correctly. Keep up the great work.
Looks like you're doing great! Don't get discouraged. Maybe try upping your water intake? My weight loss had started to slow down to where I had actually stalled for several weeks but then I started drinking as much water as I could possibly stand every day and I have been losing pretty consistently since then. Good luck!!
