Jean Nidetch, Weight Watchers Founder, Dies at 91

Many of us have, pre-VSG surgery, been Weight Watchers members. Its founder, Jean Nidetch, died yesterday at the age of 91.

Of the many weight loss programs I did pre-op, WW is the only one that taught and reinforced better eating habits. Many of those heatlhy habits are now part of my life post-op.

Weight Watchers works if you work the program. I had a lot of success with them on different occasions. I have always fallen back into my old ways. Hopefully the sleeve will help me overcome the propensity to gain it all back.
