Sugar addiction is real for some of us, and that "some of us" includes moi! I'm like an alcoholic when it comes to sugar -- 1 bite is too many and 100 isn't enough. I have a sugar-free blog which is mostly recipes. If you're interested, PM me and I'll send you the link.

I must agree with you on the sugar issue..... I know when I've eaten a spoonful to much cause the next day - I want to eat a bag of cookies. I do not deny myself sugar or a small amt of carbs or an alcoholic drink - but I am definitely mindful of the amount that goes in my mouth.

Stacy, one of my coworkers' nutritionist had a saying -- "We crave tomorrow what we eat today". I can't agree more.
