For those thinking you will never reach goal, it is slow and steady race but you will get there! Just stick to the basics and don't go back to your old habits!! Here is current picture of me, still holding steady at about 150 lbs. I started to get back on track this February after gaining about 20 lbs, I was up to 165 lbs in January. I have been doing the Whole30 program and getting back on track. I still want to lose another 10 lbs. www.whole30.com
