Hello, just checking in with everyone!! This has been a hard, but exciting journey for me. Don't ever give up on your dreams and goals
For those thinking you will never reach goal, it is slow and steady race but you will get there! Just stick to the basics and don't go back to your old habits!! Here is current picture of me, still holding steady at about 150 lbs. I started to get back on track this February after gaining about 20 lbs, I was up to 165 lbs in January. I have been doing the Whole30 program and getting back on track. I still want to lose another 10 lbs. www.whole30.com

Hi MrsSize4, I posted the link to the website, It is just an eating program based on paleo diet and it is very similar to bariatric diet too. Except no diary. I did it for the 30 days and lost 13 lbs. I am doing another 30 days this month, because I want to lose another 10 lbs and really helped me get over my stall and lose the weight I had gained. I would only recommend for those that are at least one year out or more and are in a stall.
