Read my posts about my experience in TJ, others will confirm, there is nothing to worry about.

Surgery is unsafe or going to mexico is unsafe? My family is scared about all the drug problems there but i wont go out alone i will hopefully have fellow patients to venture out and look around...i have been to Mexico but not Tijuana...i am excited ..and as already stated Dr Almanza seems to be very experienced and good at what he does

Don't worry I have not told any one, not my family or friends, except my husband. I don't think it's their business but I understand why they are concerned. I made up my mind and I don't want anyone giving me their opinions. I told them I'm going to yoga/spa retreat for couple of days and I'll see them when I return. I did tell my mom that I'm thinking of getting it done and she seems to be supportive. I will tell her when I'm done with surgery and recuperating.

That is what I did i shared when I was home. Opinions are like pennies everyone has one. I choose not to collect them and only worry about the dollars... My Husband and Children. With that being said I had surgery on the 12th of March. Tijuanna was great, weather was nice; I got a sleeve and came home. You will do awesome!

I only told my Gramdma (co signer), my mom (surgery support) and my fiancé. When I mentioned it In the past I immediately received a ton of negative feedback because "I'm not that fat" they say. I'm BMI of 30.9 but only bc I lost 85lbs on my own first and spent the last 5 years at a standstill. All though I am completely healthy in most ways I have horrible back, hip and joint pain that I hope the surgery will help me alleviate do to loss of weight.

last year I got robbed in jamaca ............. I just wanted to look around the next thing I knew I was surrounded by guys wanting my stuff
so theres danger every where you go so just use common sense go there get sleeved and go home to be honest I don't trust tj so iam gonna
go there and /sleeve and leave baby/ hey that's our new saying just sleeve and leave .......lol

I went to TJ and had my surgery with Dr. Almanza, best thing I ever did. There is nothing to worry about.

I went to Juarez Mexico, and yes at first I was concerned. But you are shuttled in and out. I stayed at the hospital the entire time, except the night before the surgery the doc told me to go get a nice meal. And relax! Woo hoo! I did what the doctor ordered! but in all honesty the hospital was in a nicer part of town, and I didn't go with all my rings and valuables. It was right next to the consulate. Hell here in the states we have enough crime! Just pay attention to your surroundings, and don't take all your jewelry, it brings attention to you. Good luck!
