Stuck!

I had my sleeve surgery Dec 16th 2013. I weighed 273 and I am down to 183. But I seem to be stuck. I still have the feeling of fullness when I eat but I find myself wanting to "graze". I tried Zumba which I love but my work schedule will not allow me to go as often as I would like. Any suggestions? I am 40lbs from my goal.

Take in all you have learned about your decision to sleeve,
don't forget the feeling to graze is your "head hunger",
and look forward to dropping the next pound.
try doing a protein shake pre opp diet for a few days to restart your losses.

Guys, she had surgery 1 year and 3 months out (not 3 months ago). And yes, she's done great to lose 90 pounds.

I don't have any suggestions beyond doing what your surgeon and her/his team told you to do. Have you been in touch with them? They are there to help you, so I'd use that resource as much as possible.

Are you tracking your food and know for sure how much (protein, calories, etc.) you're eating?

Are you walking more throughout the day? How much?

Are you drinking all your water?

Are you taking your vitamins?

Are you measuring yourself and seeing if your body is still changing in other ways?
