2 1/2 months out and 61 pounds GONE!!!

Just wanted to share with you all my excitement and tell you how much I appreciate all of the encouraging posts/etc that helped me to make the decision to have my sleeve done! I'm now down 61 pounds since July 4th & loving every minute of it! This was the best decision that I have ever made!

No real secrets, just following the diet the dr gave me to a "T"! I usually have a protein smoothie for breakfast, small protein meal for lunch (like today I had 3 chicken nuggets & some fruit) and then a small protein first meal for dinner. I don't excercise as much as I should, walking is about all I ever get in. Thank you all for your sweet remarks! I'm just thrilled to be loosing as well as I am.
