Default Having trouble with protein drink

Ok, I am on my 4th day after surgery and up till today I was doing fine being able to drink my 64 oz and get in my 3 protein shakes a day. Well, actually I guess it started in the afternoon yesterday, after my shake I felt extremely full and sort of nauseous, and I ALMOST threw up (but didn't!). I thought maybe I was drinking it too fast so I slowed my last shake of the day way down, it took me 3 hours to drink all of it, the pain and gas or whatever it was, was less, but still there. Again this morning I slowed it down, not as bad, but I could still tell it was going to cause me trouble. Now I am scared to drink my shake and I haven't had as much water as I should! Should I be worried or is this normal? I am hoping if I take it easy today maybe tomorrow I can get back on track? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

Try isopure. I like the green apple. I dilute it with diet cranberry juice. Works well for me.
