For the first week I like bouillon for making broth. Real fruit popsicles (low sugar) and lots of protein shakes. For the second week (where I am now) I added smooth soups.

Yes to the store bought. I got a few diff. kinds from Costco and some of the same type of creamy soups in smaller boxes from Walmart. If you get a soup with lumps, run it through the bender first.

I think everyone is different on how much. I can eat about 2-3 oz of tomato soup but I am ony in my second week. Don't worry, you'll find your way. Eat very slowly as to not over fill.

I found this last nite that is perfect for my soups. I can usually only still eat a half of a bowl and constantly just tossing out leftovers since it's too much of a hassle to put it in a tupperware bowl then reheat etc. These are just perfect. Microwaveable and then put the lid on when I am done and pot it back in to nuke when I want the rest of it. Works great on oatmeal too. I got mine at a Safeway for 2 for 10 dollars on a promotion but if you aren't near a Safeway this is still worth the money. Heck I bought three of them and used one for coffee this morning too
