Starting my liquid diet today.... Excited and impatient to be on the sleeved side....Ideas to make it a smooth experience are welcomed...

Pureed soup is awesome and Jell-O made on the stove, just drink it warm. Fills you right up.

Is it a problem some soup, even low fat, or less sodium , the carbs content is about 14-16g.Assume it is ok, once I stayed at the limit of the 40g allowed. Is it Stacy.

I made my own vegetable soup....and bought a plastic container to store, and will be drinking this soup over the next few days, and God willing after the surgery. Now all I'm doing is drinking it when the hunger pangs strike.

just realize you will get headaches and probably feel like crap about the 3rd day in remember this too shall pass!
