I do phonics drills with my students when we raise our arm and pull it down at the sound. Yesterday I had on short sleeves and a kid asked what was wrong with my arm. (Flabby upper arm that is!) I didn't know if I should have told him I'm old or used to be fat. Back to long sleeves for me!

Don't have to give any explanation. Its is the way I am built. Just like kids have different color hair, eyes, etc. Then if you feel more comfortable, stay with longer sleeves, or shrugs.

I feel ya! my arms are the worst! I love short sleeves and tank tops not sure what I'll do this summer!

My arms are about the double the size because of the loose skin. Even my forearm skin is wrinkly and loose as is my thigh skin. But I expected this as this is where most of my weight was carried. If I were ever to win the lottery (I have zero probability as I figure MD gets enough of my money through our many taxes.) I would opt for the best plastic surgeon for a full body lift! But, I will take the waving arms and saggy legs over the weight any time.
I have actually started looking at my loose skin as a badge of honor.
