Thank you so much
There isn't anyone here who doesn't understand all the trials and tribulations post sleeve surgery. Fortunately it's like my friend Tinman always says - don't over eat and you won't have a problem. I agree whole heartedly with him on this one.
For those who are fortunate to be close to their goals - doesn't it rock your boat to think that in your wildest dreams you could be down to this number? It certainly does for me. I do not get on a scale unless it is at my surgeons office.
If I could count up and I can't, how many times I hit the 200 mark before surgery and something would click in my head that said I wasn't worthy to be any less - I would then go back and gain and add to it ~ a torturous cycle at best.
This surgery is a blessing. Our surgeons are a blessing and this group is a blessing. So much information for you to consider but ultimately it is each of our own choices to take away from it what we feel 'pertains' to us. I for one have read and replied but ultimately for me I have followed my surgeons protocol to the letter. I have not ventured far away from it (probably bc my surgeons group has had such high success rates) Do not misunderstand - I eat what I want but keep it in close check. I have found that if I eat anything with high sugar or carbs - I break out into a sweat - ere go my candy and carbs are kept to a very low minimum.
There are many wise people on this site - I believe I have them all on my friends list here.
So to all of them thank you for all your support over the past year -
