5 weeks out... No loss in a few days

Just curious if this is normal... I'm 5 weeks post op and have stalled. I have not lost any weight in almost a week... In fact, I gained a pound on scale yesterday. Has anyone else done this? Overall gone from 241 to 208, which I'm good with... Just expecting to continue to lose, not gain!!!!!

I hit the 3 weeks stall!After not losing any weight in a weeks. I stop weighing myself, so that I wouldn't get discouraged.

Completely normal! Don't worry, you will start losing again!

Yes very normal. It will happen off and on. No need to get alarmed. Before you know it you'll begin to lose again.

its the dreaded three week stall bet ya check out the thread on here for it everyone hits it i hit a stall with every food phase they switched me through but after about a week the weight would start back up puree was my worst phase i only lost 4lbs on that phase and the soft food
