I haven't lost anything over the last two weeks and this week weighed in and have put on .5kg. What is going on?
All I eat is as much protein as I can ( which is never enough ) and try to get in as much fluid as I can (which isn't enough either).
I dont understand, what am I doing wrong? I have heard that your weight loss can come to a halt for a while (forgot the word for it) but how long does that last? Anyone know? I'm starting to get really depressed : {
