Hi guys I haven't been on here in what seems like forever ... I had my tummy tuck June 23rd 2014 .. My ps took 8lbs of skin and fat .. I'm at 156 right now ... I seem to slip up a little for the holidays but I'm right back on track .. I'm trying to tone up my back side and arms as much as possible before I schedule or determine if I still need the 2nd phase of my ps... (Financially I wasn't able to do all my plastics at one since I was still paying on my sleeve .. Along with the expense of 4 sons lol) but everything is coming together great .. Hope everyone is feeling great )

Just had lower face, neck and arms done with lower body lift scheduled in June. I too love my sleeve!
