Well I did it!!!!

Nearly 3 weeks out and still healing - slowly - can finally get out of the corset torture chamber thing for a little bit but it actually feels better with it still on. 4 more WEEKS of no working out or riding the motorcycle dang it

Went to a super bowl party today and had to leave early - all of the snacks and chili and mexican food and nuts - all of it - three huge counters full of food. I had 3 bites of chili and a few low fat peanuts and (my friend eats all low fat so I knew hers would be ok) I knew if I didn't leave I would keep eating

So happy to hear surgery was a success. I had mh lower face, neck and arms done a month ago. My lower body lift is scheduled for June.
