Leg Tuck

My wife has lost over 100 lbs. and has kept it off for over 7 years now. She is very very active, but still has a lot of extra skin around her upper legs and is very discuraged about it. She thought it would tighten up, but it does not. She is 56 years old and loves the Beach. Any Suggestions on what she can do or procedure and cost?

I'd be interested in learning more about this too. Most of my weight is from the waist down so I expect to have to have some sort of thigh and calf tuck as well.
