Default Remember your sleeve is shrinking muscle

Imagine that you go to the gym and train your triceps. After training you will feel that you have spam in your muscle. If you think about it you found it the same pain that you feel it in your sleeve. Food and drinking stress the muscle so you have this pain!! And no pain no gain.

The sleeve make your life much easier now.

I am sorry, but no. Your stomach is a muscle, but if you are eating to the point of pain, you are eating too much at one time. People whose stomach is sleeved should not feel pain when eating reasonable amounts of food for the stage they are in and the size bougie they had. I know my stomach holds 6 ounces - i will not feel pain if I eat 6 ounces and I will be satisfied (*not* stuffed!). If I eat 7, I will feel like I had thanksgiving dinner and be in pain. The point of the sleeve is to allow you to eat less - why in the world would I purposely put more in than I know I can reasonably hold? That is how people become overweight in the first place - eating until their stomach is uncomfortably full means they ate too much. Your stomach is a terrible indicator of whether you ate the right amount. If you have a 6 ounce stomach, it is incredibly dumb to shove 7 ounces in there and be surprised it fit and be in pain.

Please do not do that. That is not how this works.
