So Damn Nervous!

Hey Everyone,

My countdown app has just reached zero and in three hours I board that plane to San Diego! I am the most nervous I have ever been in my whole life. My brother who has supported me this whole time let me know yesterday morning he wouldn't be able to come with me, so I am truly making this physical journey on my own. Only seems fitting I guess. I've had a few requests to blog through the whole experience so I will do my very best to get some uploaded before and after surgery and through the whole process.

Thanks again friends, please pray for me! Time to go find that damn "brave face" I'm always talking about!

Hey Pedro,

I know its been a few days since your surgery. So how are you feeling? I am just one week further along than you so I can tell you that I feel great. I already lost 30 lbs total and that bit has already changed my day to day. Other than being very tired of the protein shakes, I am loving it. Tell us about your journey.
