HI!
Try eating slowly, that way you will be able to identify when you are full, the brain takes about 15-20 minutes to send the "full signal" to the stomach, now your stomach is smaller so you will have to learn when to stop eating.
That happened to me at the very begining because I was so used to eat quickly before surgery, you probably are eating pureed food now right? so your body is getting used to this.
Even now (my sleeve just turned 5 months
) if I eat too quickly I will have this bad sensation after a meal, today for example I was feeling uncomfortable because of that.
