Today I offically weigh 179!!!! I met my first goal to get under 200, that was 14 weeks ago. 14 weeks later, with a 3 week stall, here I am....I can't say enough about how this was the best decision I have ever made. For sure, saved my life and I feel great!! Next goal is under 170, not sure how long that will take but I know I will get there.
