I too am almost 3yrs out. My last 45lbs or so was super hard. Year 2 I still had that last 40-50lb to go so I cranked up my protein intake and exercise!! At year 2 and a half I got it off!! But man that last little bit was a struggle. But I worked hard almost every day and I happy I did that cause I made my goal and exceeded past it. I hope you also can lose that last little. But I feels amazing either way i always say!! GOOD LUCK!!!

FlowerGal, great motivation. I am a Dr. Kim patient too. Glad to hear from people this far out that are really still doing good. You may not have hit your goal yet but I understand the feeling of feeling good about myself now more than ever. My surgery was in Sept and I'm down 52 lbs. It's been slow but I'm ok with that.

Jasper, I too struggled initially with if it was a good decision. I worried about being satisfied with smaller amounts of food and how would I feel after, I mean we don't really feel our stomachs but I wondered if I would somehow feel weird or different inside. I can tell you now that my husband and I both did it. We were both scared and now we are both so very happy. I do not feel differently physically and I don't miss more food or obsess over any particular food. It helped take the focus off food, at least so far. I can eat a little and feel ok about it. It seems there are other people on this forum that miss being able to eat the amounts of food they are used to and I worried that I would as well but so far, I'm good. I love not killing myself mentally over not eating something I usually love. Sometimes I take 1 bite of something I shouldn't and that's all I need now, just to taste it. Good luck on your journey and I hope you end up feeling good about your decision too. It seems that most are happy about it.
