49 for me!
Thank You Ann2 For This Chart It's Very Good
Mine is 41. According to the Cardiologist if I go any lower it is pacemaker time. That ticks me off since I lost this weight I thought everything would get better. Turns out the diabetes has reaked havoc on me. I now have Diabetic Autonomic Neuropathy. The surgery got me off meds, insulin etc but I guess it was too late. Well Dang. Now I have a cute bod and great legs but I have to wear Compression Socks!
Mine is 58-60 but I'm still on bp meds, so that's prob why.

Mine is the in the 60s, whenever checked in a doctors office. It's going to vary a bit from day to day, but I'm happy with it. I'm the only adult in my family with who has no problems with high BP either. My parents who were normal weight & brother who is at normal weight now all have / had hypertension.
I use a sleep tracker app and when I wake up to turn off alarm it takes my pulse/heart rate; last year it was in the high 70's currently in the mid to low 60's upon waking.
Post surgery my sleep pattern was disturbed, and I was not getting really good zzz's now I'm up to 85% efficient. However, I'm still only sleeping about six to seven hours straight, but then I need to stay off this here site so late at night and the first thing in the morning. I seem to replace one addiction for another. Oy Vey!!!

"Today is another day to get it right!"
52 at the doctor today. I guess I'm athletic!
58 this morning. I guess that's not too bad for an someone pushing 60.
88 back when I was very large, now 64 (on BP meds) which is good-borderline excellent for my age.
I've noticed it's getting harder and harder to elevate my pulse on the elliptical trainer, which I suppose is a good thing!!
geez, mine is in the upper 50's lower 60's, but I'm on meds for palpitations. I am most DEFINITELY NOT athletic! lol
