5 Months Post Op Today!!!!

It has been an incredible 5 months. I have had my ups and downs, but it was worth every bit of it!! I am so happy with my weight loss and if I stopped losing today I would be happy. I cannot thank the people in this forum enough for their positive comments and support. It is like coming into a room filled with family. A safe place to share your feelings, thoughts and emotions.

I am 5' 4" and weighed in at 130 this morning. I started this journey at 175-180 pounds and with every diet I tried could not lose under 160 pounds.

I love the compliments and positive feedback from family and friends. It feels great to go shopping! I have a short hair style that I have always wanted to try and I feel like it looks great on me.

I am excited to see where I will be at on my one year anniversary. I am excited about this journey!!

Ann, it would be so awesome to have everyone have a get together and celebrate this wonderful journey. We all know how much work each of us has endured to get here. A lot of work but so worth it when you can celebrate the success of your peers!! This forum is a great place to cheer!! Ann you are amazing and I enjoy seeing you in here!! Ann you have lost over 50 pounds!! That is fantastic!!
