Has anyone Had PS with Dr Yanez who works with Dr Almanza in Tijuana just researching different Drs I couldnt find any before & after pics of Dr Yanez. Just doing my homework on Dr any ideas on Drs welcome

Check out Dr. Milla, i had a consult with him when I was in Mexico getting some dental work done...he has a facebook, I think a website, and he actually appears on a Mexican TV show where you shows his work. During my meeting with him, I had a lot of respect for him because he talked me out of many surgeries I felt I needed, was very upfront on what I did need...and then took me into his office and showed me hundred of pictures of people with my similar body type, that had similar work done, and their results...his work is really great, and I felt his prices were really good as well.

A friend of mine just had breast reduction surgery with him...her boobs look better than mine do at 28 and she is in her 40's...not to mention that during her surgery, when he re-attached her nipple, he didn't feel like it was getting the blood flow that it needed, so he took the time to undo it completely, and reattach it, so that the blood flow was correct. I think he is amazing, and as soon as i am done having my next kid, I will be seeing him for a MMO and thigh lift. Hope this helps you some.

Also, his facilities were top notch, and when I was down there they were working on some expansion planning, but the office was beautiful, exam room very clean...it was really classy place.

I had my PS done by him 2 years ago. I had a breast lift (no implants) and a tummy tuck with no lipo. I had excellent care and have been very happy with my results.

What did he charge you? (I know body types change the price, but it helps us who are looking to ballpark)

I believe it was around 5000. Can't remember exactly now. It would have included the implants and lipo if I had wanted it, but I didn't.

Check out "Med to go International" that's who I used. I had a body lift and getting ready to go back for a thigh lift in Feb. Amazing care.

Christine, I have gone to that website but it is difficult to get info on there. Seems like it is a Mexico tourism sight with a second emphasis on surgery. No before/after's, hard to get specifics on docs... just odd to me... but maybe its just me.

Used them twice. Dr Allan Ceballos was my doctor. And I'm going back in 3 weeks. Oh well it worked for me. They have Doctors in Mexico and Costa Rica that they work with.

I went to Cosmed last January with a friend that had a tummy tuck with lipo as well as a facelift. I was very impressed with he facility, the staff and both Drs. I had another friend that went there as well. One friend had Dr. Fuentes and the other one had Dr. Quiroz. I am scheduled with Dr. Quiroz on January 21st and another of my friends is going at the same time and her surgery is with Dr. Fuentes. We have personally spoken to both doctors . They only perform one surgery per day and after care is amazing. The Recovery Boutique is where we stayed and it is all inclusive. It is situated right below the hospital and the faculty is completely secure. Both doctors visited each day and there is a nurse on staff at the Boutique. Security personnel are on 24/7 so nobody can get into the building that is not authorized. One block away is a shopping centre that we walked to everyday and it is a five dollar taxi ride to the other huge shopping mall. We chose to stay at the Marriott for the last four nights to save a bit of money on the accommodations but then you have to pay for your meals of course. Highly recommend this facility. They have lots of pics and videos online and while I was there I met four people that had surgeries there before and we're now getting additional work done. Hope this helps!
