Anemic and High B-12 Levels

Hi Everyone!

Just got my blood test results back from the nurse and she said my hemoglobin was low and my B-12 was high. Does anyone know if taking vitamins can give a person high B-12 levels in their blood? I am suppose to immediately start taking an over the counter iron supplement, and meet with my doctor next week. Was just wondering if anyone has had this as well?

I was told my B12 was a little high, but nothing bad. Yes, you can get too much B12 through vitamins. I think each of us is different with how good our bodies are at absorbing vitamins.
