Congratulations! you are almost to ONEDERLAND! I know the stalling is frustrating, you probably already know that your body is just trying to catch its breath and get used to the amount you have already lost! If you get desperate you can always try to kickstart it with going back to the beginning with the liquid diet, then soft mushys.... it worked for me a couple times but personally, I didnt really go ALL the way back, I knew i didnt have it in me emotionally to do it for the whole time so i only did the liquid for 3 days (not a week!) then only a bout 4 days on the mushy! It was enough to get my weight-loss going again. Everybody is different and if you have the discipline to go back to the beginning and do the full 2-3 week thing or the pouch test diet then kudos to You! But if you don't feel that desperate then just wait it out and know that eventually you will get there! Once i broke a stall by nibbling on nuts every couple hours and walking 20 minutes a day i did this for a week and didn't notice a difference until the following week i got on the scale and lost 5 lbs! One thing i did notice is my weightloss seemed to consistently be a week behind on the scale. when i would work at it and by upping my activity or cutting back my carbs it would be a week later that my efforts would show up on the scale! Dont forget to keep drinking water! Water helps flush the fat away! Hope you feel encouraged today and give yourself a pat on the back because you have come a LONG WAY! Love Rainbow

That is fantastic. I find it amazing how long it took some of us to put on the weight, even more amazed at how fast we can take it off with a little help, and some serious effort. Congratulations my dear. You look wonderful!
