So my excitement level is through the roof right now. This morning when I stepped on the scale it hadn't budged not 1 pound in the past 3 days which was kind of disappointing but nevertheless on my lunchbreak today I grabbed my shake and headed to the store. Prior to my pre op diet I was wearing a size 26 jeans if the material wasn't strechy and a size 24 if the material gave a little. Today I slid on and zipped up a size 22 comfortably lol! I could but couldn't believe it! I can't tell you the last time I wore a 22 in pants. Also my wedding ring is now spinning around my finger..all day I am turning it around....it used to be very snug on my finger. Last but certainly not least. None of my bras fit anymore, the girls are shrinking. So I went to the bra speciality shop to but a new one and the lady measured me.....I am no longer a 42-44DD I am now a 38D....Ha! I am tickled pink. Just wanted to share.

Congrats!! But you might want to stop weighing so frequently. As you can see the scale can conflict with what is really happening. Perhaps for sanity sake, weigh only once a week.
