Hi everyone!!
I hope everyone is doing well. I have a question for everyone. Where did you start drinking juice again? Now, I don't want to drink a whole bottle or anything, but I want to take my greens in a juice shot since it tastes nasty in water. I just didn't want to hurt myself! Thanks!

1st goal- 199lbs ***Reached 8/16/14
2nd goal- 170lbs ***Reached 11/09/14
3rd goal- 150lbs
Wishful thinking goal- 130lbs

I was given juice in the hospital the day after my sleeve.
I always wanted to be a certain number but after losing and have the skin removed I looked in the mirror and I realized I had hit my goal... I see healthy, beautiful, and happy! Numbers mean nothing to me...but self worth does and MAN AM I VALUABLE!
