Hello All!
I am brand new to this site, & my surgery is scheduled for the 20th of this month. Right now I am on day two of the fast, & even though I am anxious/excited about my upcoming surgery, I am struggling with the darn shakes.
Can I just say that I HATE these protein shakes? I would honestly feel better if I didn't have to drink or eat anything at all because those things make me want to never eat again.

maybe try a different shake.. you will need to find something that you like post op! good luck on your journey!

I use EAS Lean Powder (pre-op right now, but hopefully I can continue with this after) it's 100 cal, 1.5G fat, and 15G protein. Chocolate fudge tastes awesome IMO.
