Hi- I was sleeved on 9-22-14 and have lost 17.5 lbs. Felling really good-really need to slow down though.
My surgery was a breeze- no pain. My surgeon was the best. Thank you Dr. Bertha.:

Nice to hear it all went so easy for you! I was sleeved on 9/24 and lost 13 lbs. Still doing mostly liquids, yougurts, puddings, and of course protein shakes. I've been trying some softer foods like scrambled eggs, mashed cauliflower. Cannot eat much of this. Cereal goes down real easy!

I was sleeves on 9/20/14 and am down 21lbs. I also had very little pain and feel great now. Do you feel like you hit a plateau yet? I've been stuck at 213.6 all week! Glad to see you feeling well. Hit me up anytime since our journey is so close to each other ❤

Janet,, I am at a stall I think. Have stayed at 200 for 3 weeks now, I don't over eat do my ptotien stopped the night snack, any suggestions????
